Had a moment of weakness with 85L but then I passed it and picked up the 1.4X extender.

Quite easy to check out if you already had an account with Canon.

well it's working fine now, but 15 mins ago, when it started, it was basically frozen.

I got in to Canon website about 10 minutes after the deal on 85L was on, but still added in the cart quite easily but it slowed down quite a bit in a couple of minutes.

Fuji XE-1, Zeiss ikon, Hasselblad; I love shooting film as a conceptual idea :)

I want a 1.4x but only 2x left

Do I need a 35L? Tax kills the deal..

Why excludes 5D3..

Fly me away.

Was able o get a 1.4x extend, but the 100L I had in the cart was oos by the time I got to the checkout page. Oh we'll, guess I saved myself from spending another $600+. By the way, for those that may not know, Mr. Rebates has 3% rebate for purchases made at Canon online store.

Yes good lens and Canon refurb warranty is 90 days. Build quality and image quality is very good with 15-85mm. Along with 17-55 & 10-22, EF-S 15-85 is as close as you can get to L image quality.

Just keep in mind that it is variable aperture lens. Good walkaround lens.

These refurb sales are great but dangerous on the wallet! I got in early and had my choice of the 24L, 85L, 135L... but gear lust aside I really only needed something for landscapes and indoor events so picked up the 16-35 II. Score!
