Samoan Fire dance

My wife and I went on a trip to Hawaii, I snapped this shot at Germaines Luau.
Please let me know what you guys think.

Shot using a rebel xt and a 70-300 IS USM lens @70mm and 400ISO.

Very nice! Looks like the conditions were less than ideal and you managed a pretty good photo. The lighting isn't bad and it appears to be crisp. I'd be happy with it.

As an aside, that guy looks huge!

This is pretty much the way that the shot came from the camera. I haven't made the switch to RAW yet, and dont own photoshop so im stuck doing very little to my images other than minor color corrections cropping etc.

Im very pleased with the IS feature on my lens. I wasnt expecting the shots that I took like this to work at all. Most of them were shot at 1/15 or less and completly hand held.

The guy was pretty big, he stood about 6'2", and about 3' across.
