exif data in lightroom and photoshop

is it possible to allow only certain exif data to be visible to others when sharing files/pictures in lightroom and photoshop?

Not so far as I know, although LR can be limited to Copyright only, Copyright + Contact Info and All Except Camera and Raw Info. However in ExifTool (command line) or ExifToolGUI many of the EXIF fields can be edited and I suppose that some or all of the editable fields could be set to 0.
