It works perfectly and looks almost perfect, too. The only flaw is the the "Av" letters are gone somehow. There's a teeny tiny dent in its place. I have no idea how it happened, but it's been like that for a while and does not affect camera function at all.

I have the original box that it came in and all of the "stuff" it came with, plus a camera bag and cleaning set.

What would you sell it for?

have a look on e bay to see what price to expect; £110 might be the target figure.

B&H Photo has used G3s for $300 but that seems like a lot. Some online camera stores still list it (new) for sale at $400+, some for well more than a new G6. The internet is weird.

I would guess you could get between $150 and $200 on ebay. It's a great camera but everybody wants more megapixels than they need these days and digital cameras seem to have a fairly short product cycle (and lifespan), so it'd be a hard sell. Too bad, because that camera could make someone very happy. I'd just sell it on ebay and put a good description and some good photos and be sure to differentiate it from the Macintosh G3 computer. Find some current popular 4MP cameras and describe how it's better than they are despite being a couple years old. (people searching for those cameras will find yours).

I find that "shiny" pictures do the trick on ebay. Make the camera look sparkly and new and you never know. Someone paid nearly £400 for an Olympus 765 and 2 cheap converter lenses just before Xmas. They could have got everything new for a shade over £200.............

Probably not worth selling unless you're desperate for cash. I'd keep it unless you have a very good reason to sell. I'm in the same boat with my old D30. For what I'd get for it used, I'd rather keep it as a spare.

They seem to go from about £100 up on ebay.

i'm looking to buy one if it's in the UK - got a thread in the markerplace but not had much luck yet.
