Was in Seattle recently and made a trip over to Mount Rainier, open to any feedback. This was my first time out with the Canon EOS-M using my 24-105L and EF adapter on the M.

The M is proving to be a great travel camera. The 18-55 kit lens has been decent and it's easy enough to just toss the 24-105 in my work bag and bring it along for the ride.

Nice images. I was just thinking about heading over that way, but not sure a out access/road conditions.

Never been outside of summer.

Very nice set - you should definitely try a B&W on #1.

Beautiful shots! When was this? I have a series from Rainier that were shot in mid January. The weather was superb for shooting and the mountain was 100% visible, which is in itself an event!

Great job!

Very nice indeed! I've been trying to time another visit with good weather and I haven't been lucky. I've driven the 3 hours to try to get a good sunrise or sunset just to return empty handed.

I read that they close the road to paradise at 5:00pm. What entrance did you use when you went. I want to shoot sunrise/sunset from mazama ridge, but am worried that I won't be able to get there before sunrise or leave after sunset.

I went through the Longmire entrance to Paradise. Yes, they close that road at 5.
