Personally I find the lighting a bit unpleasing. Were you using continuous tungsten lights? The skin tones are too yellow and the quality of light seems to be poor. Maybe some strobes would help?

As others have said, the lighting is unpleasing. I think number 2 could be decent but the backdrop has creases in it and a vertical crop would help. I don't like any of these as a horizontal crop. I like the makeup and head covering on 3, and the eyes are nice. Once again, I'm not fond of the lighting and the crop. Get rid of the empty space and tighten the crop. I would have probably shot it with her turned a bit more so you could make a nice vertical crop.

Here are a couple of quick edits. I think the vertical crops are better. I didn't mess much with anything else. If you adjust your lighting when you take the image it would be easier. Nice concept though.
