They say foxes are shy... I guess there are always exceptions...

Nice.

So did you pay any tasty model fee then?

Wow. 4 is great.

You'd be hard pressed to convince me that fox wasn't posing for you.

No fee, but she did not give me a model release... :)

Love 3 and 4. I have never had time to snap more than 1 or 2 shots as a fox scurried away.

She was actually posing... she let me take some 30 shots...

I guess she was hungry... and smart like a fox... :D

When I saw the title of this thread, I thought it belonged in the G&N section!

I think #4 is especially interesting - very clear and sharp with great eye contact. Did you happen to use a flash for that image?

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

Wow..great set. Were you inside or out when you took these shots? Not sure why, but the one where she is sitting on the railing is my favorite. Too bad that post was in the shot. Is rabies a problem where you live?

Thanks SJC.
We were inside the house when my kids saw the fox through the window. I opened a door, and took the pictures. I don't think that rabies is a problem, as I have not heard about a single case in 20 years, but you never know. I would actually have even caressed the fox, if I wasn't afraid of that. I am sure the fox would have let me... it behaved just like a dog, and took all the meat we gave her...

The meat could explain why she is so docile. She may have been fed by people before and has come to expect that sort of treatment.

Well she is beautiful, and shows no sign of fear, but I would still be careful. Great model. Share more photos if you get them!
