What do you all set High Iso speed noise reduction to? I understand turning it to 'high' slows the frame rate but should it be disabled?

Since I work with RAW files I have NR disabled. I deal with noise in post.

I shoot RAW, so I just disable all of the in-camera NR settings. If you're just shooting jpeg, though, you may want to leave some level of HISNR :p enabled.

Great, thanks! I do shoot in raw so will disable them so they don't serve a purpose in raw.
