Clear Screen. Not the way I hoped it would come out but still came out pretty darn good.

This is actually a pretty simple setup.
I used my Nikon D90 only because it has an SD card and the laptop I was using also had an SD slot so a couple of the following steps were pretty easy because of the SD card and because I also shot JPG.
1. Zoom in and focus in on just the pixel part of the screen. (Note: You don't need to take a picture yet)
2. Turn off autofocus, close the lid, and take a picture of the background (Note: It will be out of focus and make sure you don't slide the laptop while opening and closing it.)
3. Take that image you just took and put it on that laptop as the background image (Note: AGAIN, TRY NOT TO MOVE THE LAPTOP AS YOU'RE DOING THIS! IT WILL MESS UP THE ALIGNMENT!!! Also, it is easier to shoot in JPG. Reason being is we're trying not to use Photoshop at all here. I did 99% of this sitting from a chair)
4. Put the card back in the camera and zoom out the lens to get a wide shot of the laptop on the table.
5. When you look through the viewfinder everything should be really close to lining up. If not try adjust the screens open position again without moving the base of the laptop.
6. Take the final picture. Because I'm a perfectionist I took this last picture you see here in RAW because I wanted to make sure the color was right, the exposure was right, etc. And there is no better way to do that than with a RAW file. That is my 1% not shot in RAW. That was for final minor image adjustments.
Pretty neat huh!
