The stripes are competing for attention a bit, but (at this size) it looks like a sharp and well-exposed photo. I also don't love the red stripe in particular - clashes with her pink outfit and seems a bit harsh for a baby :) Nice framing, too!

AGee about the BG, and it looks slightly purplish? Was there a pro contrast used? It often takes on that hue. Lighting is sweet, almost getting too hot though.

Pro contrast..a filter in some editing programs, it tends to add a bluish/purple hue to the blacks.

i don't think so, I use layers to add contrast
