Jan 11, 2006 23:13 | #5 Yeh, but I think the 300D cripples some things in sports mode making it not work in some sports settings. If recall, you can't really use this camera to shoot sports in low light because of its requirements in sports mode. Mike

Ah, that explains why I couldn't switch to AI servo while in Ap mode when I was helping a friend set his 300D up for action shots. I could only get it to shoot with one shot AF. It does indeed switch to AI servo in sports mode. Is it really true you can't switch to AI servo in either Tv or Ap mode? And what about in full manual?
