Been keeping an eye on 5D Classics and ran accross this one this morning:

No battery, no charger? And a strap that looks like it was cut?

Camera looks clean...

It's just the frayed end of the strap, nothing odd about it. You can see it better in one of the other pictures. No battery/charger is odd, but likely not stolen if it doesn't have a battery though since cameras being used/left about would tend to have a battery inside....

Yeah, I did that when I sold my 20D. I kept the battery and charger to use with my 5D. It's not the usual way to sell a camera, but that doesn't automatically make it dodgy.
