Looking for a good resize

Hi all, Im shooting with a 60D and noticed on my zen site most of shots tend not to get a best fit, and would to be cropped at check out. I figure I have to down size I guess. What I need to know is. What is a good final image resize to better accommodate a multitude of prints? I did 1 but forgot what I set but I was able to get 4x6 8x10 16x20 it was a decent range.

11:15 is the best shape. It's the exact middle point between the longest and squarest standard print shapes. Info contained in this article.

5:7 is the next best shape. Notice it's a SHAPE, not a specific size. Don't actually downsize your images to 5x7 inches at 300 pixels per inch.

You can leave it at your "original aspect ratio (dimensions)" for a 4x6, 8x12, 12x18, etc. print.

For other aspect ratios you have to crop for the composition and make choices for things such as framing and matting.
