been stuck around the house the last few weeks with a bad leg. had to go out back though and shoot something. saw this guy under the shade of a tree. just a robin, i know..sigh :

N.V.M. , I know the feeling about not being to get out and about ( I suffer from Gout ), but I am lucky to have the birds come to me. Nice shot of the Robin.

I was lucky the other week to find this little fellow in my gum tree (first one I have seen in my yard)

Mike me I got diagnosed recently with a bad lower back on number 3 and 4 mild arthritis. I hope you feel much better soon.

Rawshorty with a gout that is painful too I know some of my friends has it too.
