That big barred owl behind you has his eyes on you and just might make you his next meal!! This is a scene that took place this morning as my husband and son were feeding the birds while I was shooting the owl! This little squirrel was interested in the peanuts in the feed, and didn't notice the huge owl behind him! There were other photographers there, and we all though the owl would swoop down and eat the squirrel (so glad this didn't happen - it would have scared my little boy, even if it would have made for great photos!). Anyhow, the other photographers noted they were focused on the Owl's expression, and boy was I pleased when I realized as we were chatting later that I was the only one who had thought to include the little squirrel in the shot!! What do you guys think? I wish that I could have moved to line them up better, so the owl was immediately behind the squirrel, but alas, the other photogs were there and I couldn't bump them out of their positions! Still, I kinda like this shot, and wonder what you think of it? Thanks in advance. :D
