A think tank digital holster 50 2.0 will be able to carry just that, you can use the 'pop down' feature when using the hood.

Digital holsters are great which is a shoulder bag style, several companies like Think Tank and Tamrac have the size you would need. If you want a backpack style the Lowepro Flipside 300 will work, Think Tank also has some long lens specific backpacks.

I have a 60D w/100-400 (hood stored) and use the Lowepro Toploader Pro 75 AW. It has enough room to add a grip. There is a small zippered pocket and also a mesh pocket on the sides of the bag. Not much room but if your binos are small they may fit. Although, I can't try it as mine are medium size & to big.
