Taken in the back yard with the 400 2.8 ii. The earlier shots of this lens didn't seem very clear but I now figured it out.

Not sure any secret. Great lens and waiting for the right moment. Before I took this picture I thought the lens seemed soft but this picture had plenty of detail.
