Nice photos of an Interesting looking bird that I am not familiar with. Is this a Europeen bird?

These are mountain birds of streams, I have seen movies of them, but they are not American Dippers, these are excellent shots, well done. What part of the world are you posting from?

Two great shots with excellent exposure. Number two is my favourite because it has more catchlight in the eye.

Gary, I'm pretty sure that our North American dipper (west coast) is mainly slate gray and has no white.

Gary I´m from Denmark, this Dipper is only here in Denmark in the winter, it´s normaly living in Sweden, Finland and Norway.
