OMG not a portrait of a raptor (shocker)...

I think I have ID'd this little chap correctly, if not please do feel free to correct me.

Taken around Perth, AU, on one of the (very) few occasions where the wind backed off and there wasn't even the slightest of breezes allowing for very still waters (it was a very hot 42C day and the water looked exceedingly inviting, the temptation to dive in was immense).

Pretty shot in the still still water, Andrew. I'd guess an Australasian Grebe?
