Heading down to Vancouver for a few days and I am looking for some spots to shoot. I am going out to Boundary Bay for a day already. I am specifically looking for some old piers/pilings which to shoot some long exposures ND filter shots etc... I am pretty familiar with how to get around Vancouver but not sure of the specific locations.

We are staying out in the UBC area. Are there any good places there along the water with good access etc...

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I have a couple of days to spend shooting.

Thanks in advance!

HA! Quesnel...man I've driven through there so many times! :D Good times...good times...uhhmmm....the Granville Bridge is a popular one to photograph...might get decent shots of that, though I'm not sure where from, sorry!

Hi! I suggest that you ask a tourist help desk on places that are photography friendly and ask if you can be accompanied by a tour guide. You can go to Stanley park, False creek, English Bay Beach, Lighthouse Park, and Grouse Mountain.
