Softbox for both speedlights and Alien Bees

So, I've had a Canon 600 series system for a bit (2 flashes + STE3 controller) but never bought any modifiers for them. I just recently was able to pickup 2 AB800's very inexpensively.

I'm looking at purchasing some modifiers now but I was hoping to purchase ONE set instead of two - assuming they could be used interchangeably (ABs would be studio, flash would be portable use, so not in use at the same time). So far, the only ones I've found are the Lastolite EzyBox II (though I'm not sure from their site what speedlite bracket is needed), and the Pro-Foto products that have speedrings for both Flash and AB's (which seem to be considerably more expensive than the Lastolite products).

Question 1: What is your opinion of the two brands/products above? Any personal experience with either?

Question 2: Are there any others (of good quality) that I've missed that have speedrings/adapters for both flash and AB's?

Question 3: Any other recommendations?

Check out this thread. Looks like you can adapt the foldable PCB boxes to speedlites with a strobies bracket and a speedring.

Thanks. Just checked that out. The reviews on B&H for the strobies bracket indicates the bracket is too small for the 600EX flash.

While a QBox would work, I was suggesting the Pro Bracket as an alternative with the S type adapter on your AB soft box. That's what I do.

Zack Arias used a westscott foldable softbox on location with his Alien Bee in his DVD. This should also work with speedlights.
