Hey guys! So I'm going to be doing quite a bit of travel this year doing some photo and video work, and it will require me to transport all my equipment. Because I'll have to check it in, I've been looking for a good solid case for my tripod, slider, monopod and such. I looked into some bags, but then I found the Pelican 1700. I already have a Pelican 1510 which I love, and I knew this would be perfect for traveling. I had to make sure the case would fit my 32" slider, tripod, and monopod. I checked the interior dimensions, and it was perfect! It also had to fit the requirements for a checked bag on most airlines, which I believe is under 62 linear inches. This case fit all my needs, so I ordered it last week. Just came in today and everything fits perfectly!

Here it is all packed up. I'll probably wrap some of the stuff too add a little extra padding when I fly.

It's actually quite a bit smaller in person then I was expecting.

Looks like an ideal case for check-in flights...
