I don't understand what's going on here. In lightroom 4.3 the woman in the blue dress looks fine. When I export it to CS6 photoshop in camera RAW it's still good.

iphone quality (sorry)

Then when I open it up in photoshop, there are tons of black spots on her dress. What's going on here. No adjustment sliders were made at all.

Camera Calibration pallete. You on 2012(current), 2010 or 2003 for both LR and CS6. What I mean is are they matched. Grasping at straws. I have seen this before but on different RAW converters as compared to Adobe's LR or ACR.

Can you make the RAW file available for us?

So they need to be different pallete? I'm confused? How do I make the RAW available on here?

I don't have any idea what would cause the issue here, but wanted to add that if you don't want to use iPhone pics for stuff like this, Print Screen can be your friend :)

Further, Alt+PrtScn captures the active window, so you don't have to deal with cropping out menus and such if you don't want to.

I use manual exposure settings on the copy machine

No. If you look at the Camera Calibration pallet or maybe a better work is window you will see the drop down box beside the profile. Which ever one you choose make sure they match. This is recent so both should be on 2012. I don't think that is it but you never know. 2012 and 2010 will display colour differently.

Did that and I'm printing 3 screen instead of just the one I'm using. So I took a picture with my iphone instead. But it gives you a idea what I'm talking about.

I've check both, LR and CS6. They are on the same camera calibration. Both are on 2012 (current) and both profile are adobe standard. Any other ideas?

You sure all sliders are equal? Maybe a reset for both on the all different windows. I've never seen this between these two compatible systems so something has to different to causing it. NR set too high on one?

Yes. I can get a iPhone shot and upload it. Maybe I'm missing something?

Even when it's directly imported to photoshop in RAW. I click on the default setting and then open it in PS( nothing on the blue dress). It opens with black spots all over the dress.

What does the file name tell you in Photoshop? Is it still dng or something else? Also, how big is the image in pixels. The same as the original?

You can upload a Raw file to a good host such as YouSendIt.com -- you provide your email address as the "Recipient" and upload and they will email you a notification with a link which you can past here.

I'd say first upload your original Raw file, we can check it out, then maybe upload the DNG you are showing. I'd also show us screen shots of the various settings in your Raw software.

For some reason. It's the Vibrance in Camera RAW 7.3. If I leave it alone (not adjusting the slider) the black spotty stuff don't show up. Once I "open image" in PS and adjust vibrance in there it's fine.

This only happens on bright blue colors. Weird huh?!?!

That's pretty odd...did you try it with a CR2 Raw file, of just the DNG?

I'm not suggesting the DNG is the problem, just curious about the "analysis"!
