I was at Death Valley a few days ago..... the sky was threatening and the wind was whipping sand at everything... not a good day to trek out on the Dunes..

Still, this Lone Sentinel stood his place, guarding it's small space....

I know that tree! When I was at DV, it was over 100 and I didn't want to walk to the dunes and this tree made a nice frame about 50 yards from my car in the parking lot. Nice job.

6D, G9, Sigma 50 1.4, Sigma 15mm Fisheye, Sigma 50 2.8 macro, Nikon 14-24G 2.8, Canon 16-35 2.8 II, Canon 24-105 f/4 IS, Canon 70-200 2.8 IS, tripod, lights, other stuff.
