Do we have D0-It-Yourself photography thread where people share their ideas and examples of homemade photography projects? I know there are lots of homemade lightboxes, stuff like gel holders, flash bouncers, etc... not sure if these have been collected into a single thread.

If not, I can start cataloguing... and people can start posting here.

Taking photos with a fancy camera does not make me a photographer.

I'm pretty sure that I used to read one here that had a lot of lens DIY stuff, but I searched and couldn't find it anywhere.

What I always do is to search Google and then go to Google Images, I can look at pictures of what others have done, that will last a person a LONG time looking through that. Good ideas too, plus, you can make it your own by adding your own 'whatever' to it.

Sorry, somehow when I read this thread and posted, I missed the part about, "cataloging" the threads here... It's still a good way to find 'stuff', but just not in this case. :)
