Exporting Customized JPEGs in Lightroom 4

I am learning Lightroom (4.3) and I know all about exporting jpgs and even saving those presets, but what I can't find out is how to export jpgs just like I would export a slide show. Basically, here is what I want to do:

Create a frame around the selected photos
Add text with specific metadata
Only then export these as jpgs

What is the quickest way to do this? Is it possible to save the above as a preset so I can right click on any photo and export it with that preset in a matter of seconds? I tried using the "Book" tab, which has a jpg option, but that seems to be reserved only for printing since there is no screen sharpening there as an option.

Thanks.

What you need to do is use the Print Module, get you "print" looking the way you want it to and then, print to file. You can save all the settings as pre-sets as well. Things to consider are that getting the pixel dimensions that you want will require you to fiddle with the PPI setting, as you will be going backwards from a print size in inches. The only other thing is that you cannot limit the output file size as you can in the export dialogue. Also watch out that you are going to use the correct colour space for your output, if you just switch from using a printer to outputting to file you may well end up in the printer colour space and not sRGB, although it is simple to switch that over too.
