When I was out birding with my camera, I saw this guy diving into puddles left by a drying up river. He would come up with a mouthful of crayfish, go away and eat them, and then come back. Watched him for at least 30 minutes but most of the time he was in the deep shade.

Thanks, guys! I really got lucky on this one. I went back a couple of times more over the next week and never saw a mink again...
