Hi, thought this photo may be of interest. It's typical of the Lincolnshire Wolds area where I live. Taken with S2 1S full optical zoom (12 x) camera on tripod. Image stabilisation on.

Hi Woldsman,
Nice photo. I bet you really like the IS on your S2. I borrowed an S2 and took it on a rafting trip. I liked the movie clip feature.

Hi Mega Trixel,
Thanks for the comment. The IS on the S2 is a great feature, seems to work best on the shoot only mode rather than the continous mode. Also the movie clip feature is good although I don't use it myself. You have some incredible photos on Avalanche!!! And Other Alaska Images. Thanks for sharing them with us.
