Used a Hoya ND8 filter to get the dreamy effect of the water but the Sun was rising fast that's why I was not able to take longer than 5 secs. exposure. Besides, the waves were rocking those boats really hard so taking long exposures will only make the boats more blurry than they already are. Should have bought the ND400 Filter instead. Oh well, charge to experience.

Nice shot although I think a GND could help you a lot here, I used to stack both ND and GND before Thanks
