As the title of the post indicates, a Great Grey Owl and some great early morning light provided me with an opportunity for a great shoot. Yesterday was definitely my best owl outing in a very long time.

Although I mentioned in an earlier post that I was not going to re-size my original images as posted elsewhere to make them fit here, I have obviously relented.

Note: On a non-related topic, if you are looking at this post, Eric (Snydremark), I was unable to reply to your message as your PM box is full and my message was bounced.

Totally enjoyed your great images, Harv, especially Number 7, on the overcast day. That one would have been so sweet in brighter light!

Another excellent series, Harv! That launch shot is amazing; really shows the striking patterning on this bird.

I never thought I'd say this but today I hate you. :)

It doesn't get any better than these – period. Some of you best work Harv, you sure have some great locations and subjects in your neck of the woods.

Still hatin' ya. ;)

Hey, Steve. How are you, buddy?

I'm really pleased you stopped in and very much appreciate your kind words. You always know just the right thing to say that makes my day. :D

Keep well, my friend.
