Just ordered the Canon SL1 with the 40mm pancake lens. Can't wait thinking bout sometime of wide angle either Canon 10-22 or the sigma

Is there any advantage to that over a small bean bag other than it is easier to get the angle u want with the tripod?

i've never use a bean bag but i googled it and i think i'd prefer using this handy tripod. it's with a ballhead so it's really handy for adjusting angle.

I just checked out the rest of your Flickr, loving every single one of them. Be great if you could get a million of the little minions and reenact the movie! I wish I kept all my toys but I gave them away to my family members. I'm an old fart and only have statues now.

Thanks. I don't know if I could eat that many happy meals, but surely I can come up with a couple and just clone them.

Silly question, but are all the AF points in the 60D cross type or just center AF?

All cross type but I believe the center is more sensitive in lower light.

Well damn no wonder that explains a lot, thanks for letting me know. Funny how I owned it forever and don't know anything but know how to use it ...I just noticed how much more I love the 60D...haha
