XBGM3R I see you got the pancake kit too, how do you find using the 18-55 and the 40mm on the M?

I'm sorry but this whole "big lens, little camera" thing just strikes me a silly. Using a big lens defeats the purpose of a small camera and I need something to hold onto.

Yep...don't understand the facination with mounting regular DSLR lens onto a tiny body. Looks completely uncomfortable to use, especially when you need to use the LCD for so much of the functionality.

I bought my daughter an Olympus PL-5 with a couple really tiny lens and the package is very usable, compact, light and great quality. Great for trekking or travel.

I have a Fuji X100 and that camera is a joy to use with control through dials and form, weight and functionality are just great.

Having a front weighted setup with very little camera to hold onto seems very frustrating to me.

Your not rebuying quality lenses over time and can flip to a very portable method withswapping a EF-M lens on it. For some people they can have that extra reach without needing to lug a fullsize body.

Whatever the reason though, it fits someone elses needs wether it be fad or practical.

That looks awesome Jurgen, how shakey is the 135 on the M?

Not too bad if I keep the shutter speed up.

True, I just imaging the LV on the back going nuts as your trying to compose a shot. lol

Keep the pics coming guys, 7 working days till my EOS M arrives and then I can post pics of it with my lenses.

I'll make sure to put the 2X tele on my 70-200 so more people can post their opinions on why they don't like the M with big lenses!

The liveview works quite well. It takes a bit of skill to hold it completely steady when you are zoomed in for finer focusing.

That's good to hear. Do you guys use the touch to focus or the shutter button?

What is that viewfinder?

Lack of a viewfinder has been the one thing preventing me from getting an M.

It looks like everyone has some type of adapter on this camera to use their present lens. There is not many photos of this model of camera using it own lens.

Awesome pics guys, I'm still waiting for my adapter. So this will have to do for the meantime.

Nobody got a picture of an EOS M with an EF 85mm F/1.8 USM attached (using the mount adapter)? Or a picture of an EOS M with a Pocketwizard MiniTT1 attached?
