Here in another example of what the sun does to the many sights in Yosemite Valley at sunset. Bluedog_XT you wont have a problem finding cool images to capture. This was taken Jan 2005.

Joe, this shot is from Jan of 2005, there was an amazing amount of snow in the valley. This year no snow when we were there in the valley (it is at 4000 ft) Lots of snow in the upper elevations. I just checked the cam link:
