Thats a nice shot angelIIV. You capture the different shades of blue nicely as well as that "killer" stare the bird has (LOL!). Very nice bokeh. My only suggestion would be not put the subject dead on in the center. The rules of the third's would improve the composition and its easy to do in pp.

how do you find the tamron 150 - 600 working with the 7D, am looking to get a new lens and had looked at this lens and the canon 70 - 200 mkII
Your pictures look nice and sharp was you using the stabilizer.

Charlie,

He uses Flickr as his photo hosting site. So, if you'll click on his photo on this forum you will be taken to the Flickr site. If you are on a desktop/laptop, the EXIF data may be displayed in the lower right of that page.

If on a mobile device you may have to click on the three "dots" in the lower right and then click on "view EXIF info".

In either case you will see that he used the EF400mm f/5.6L USM.
