Headshots for our home school ID cards.... Canon 7D, 1/160th, f/5.6, ISO 100, Sigma 70-200 @ 85-100'ish mm. One 600W strobe directly behind camera, in 43" octabox metered at f/5.6 (1/4 power). Two YN-568EX speedlights behind the subject to left and right, aimed at the background, metered at f/11 (1/32 power, or thereabouts) to keep it white and eliminate shadows.

Hindsight being 20/20, if I were to do this second one over again, I'd be sure to have some of her left ear visible. She's kind of lopsided in this one.
