Update, had a problem with my downloader, which is why I had a problem with dl link on Magic Lantern site. So downloaded the newest nightly for 7d and it works great but amfa isn't in the focus menu. Any ideas?

It is a module so you will have to go the modules tab and enable it. Once enabled you will need to restart the camera/ML in order for it to load. Then it should be in the focus tab.

It worked as expected on my 7D. No MFA needed for any of my lenses!

It's been a long time but you may need to download the module and put them on the card before ML will show it.

Edit:
I looked at my backups and saw they were from Oct. 8, 2014 and they had dot_tune.mo. Then I downloaded the latest build and it didn't have it. Not sure why that is.

It is in the nightly build for April 11, 2016. Not sure why it isn't in the new ones.

Thanks, I may have to go back a little to get it I guess, but that would be kind of hit and miss. That was the main reason I wanted it on this camera.

I downloaded it and it is in the April 11, 2016 version. That isn't too old.
