This image definitely has flaws, but I figured I'd share it with everyone hoping to receive some pointers. I've never manually stitched two pictures together. I suppose it's not too bad for my first? lol

Do you have PS ? If so you can do File>Photomerge and it does a great job stitching !

It's certainly not bad. However, I can see where the photos were merged together in the middle of the frame. Like Ron stated, PS does a great job at merging images together.

Even though you can see the merge it's still an awesome photo(s). I like your Joshua Tree shot as well.

Unfortunately I don't have PS, but I do have Gimp. Thanks FotoPilot.

Sorry I didn't list the settings, but I used Two images at 14mm for 25" seconds at F/2.8 and ISO 3200.
