Red pixels in my images from a Canon 5d Mark II

I am seeing like 7 or 8 tiny red pixels in my images when I shoot in the dark and I was wondering what these were? Is there a fix or is it noise? And, is it coming from the camera body or the lens? Thanks for any help anyone can give me, I really appreciate it!

I had the same issue. Could be dust. Get a rocket blower and blow onto your sensor before taking it to get cleaned and see if it helps.
