question about output resolution

When I'm using Canon's EOS Viewer Utility and converting a raw to save as a jpeg what is the ideal output resolution setting. It has 10-2000 option. Thanks

Thanks. I noticed the default setting on the canon software was 90 something and rse was like 300.
