Was looking to purchase the software, but after the price conversion, it's $109 here in the US! I hear it's a great package, but it seems a bit excessive for something I'm only going to use from time to time. There used to be a discount floating out there, but it doesn't work anymore. Has anyone seen a recent deal out there?

Thanks for your help,
-G.

It's a great software even for that price. It's cheaper then sending in all of lens to get them calibrated by Canon.

It has terrible customer support - they never fixed my issue (doesn't work under Windows XP, despite claiming to be fully supported). After three months of sending them emails, I gave up. No refund either.

Use free dot-tune instead. It is available in nightly release of Magic Lantern (I think 7D is also supported now; probably not 6D yet) - extremely fast (30 seconds per lens).

Thanks everyone, I'm going to give the dot tune approach a try.

Well, having the lenses calibrated by Canon is hardly the only alternative to doing your AFMA with FoCal. ;)

Did you pay with PayPal? I did and they refunded me as it wouldn't work on a mac with a 6d.
