Alright, so it's almost always Osprey Season here in Florida. It seems like they are pretty active all year round. However, they are nesting right now and the action is almost non-stop. Had around 7 or 8 Ospreys on top of me earlier today and diving for fish within 30 to 50 feet from where I was standing. The stuff is absolutely fascinating.

Thank you, Jake. We do get some nice sunny days down here. The weekend is here again and look forward to getting outdoors. Can't wait to get out!

Here is another shot from this past week.

Thank you Lloyd, thank you gen2roller... We enjoy the cold weather, although it hardly ever gets that cold down here. It does seem cold when the temps drop from the upper 80's down to the 30's.

Here is another shot from a slightly different angle. This one was shot on the same day as the one above.

Nice shots. I saw my first Osprey (two of them) last week, and I've put them at the top of my "most wanted" list.

Great shots, especially so that you got them head-on.

Nice group of shots, but my favorite is the last one. Great action with all the wing span showing!
