Keb' Mo' - Grand Rapids, MI (3.23.13)

Keb' Mo' played a solo acoustic show last night at the venue I shoot for. Was nice to finally see him play live. Not really into blues but this show was a lot better than I expected. The crowd really got into it too.

Electric Six was playing in the smaller, front stage of the venue and had to wait until Keb finished before they could start their show so they didn't interrupt. That one was fun but super packed and difficult to shoot.

Great set, really like them.

Really like #3 and #4. I think I'd clone out the mic on #3 and try it in black and white as well.

Very nice. I'm a big Keb Mo fan but can't quite imagine a solo show.

nice set. can't really do much w/ that guitar on the stand to the right of him. good varied angles.

I do like the simplicity of the last one. I like this as it showcases the event and records the crowd size. This can often be important down the line when recalling a show
