I was waiting for another animal to come out of its den so I could photograph it when this bird flew into the tree near me. Some shots of a bird being a bird.

Love the "action" shots Larry!
I've had a few Yellow-bellieds around the last few years but never seen the avian calisthenics you've captured. Nice timing.

I got lucky. Wasn't out to take photos of birds. The den of a woodchuck was to my front from where I was sitting when this fellow flew up into the tree to my right. He then proceded to put on a show for me.
