Filter: UV Filter & ND .9

Constructive criticism is appreciated with any aspect of the photo since I am new to this. Image was also shot and edited in raw.

Not enough "subject" and too much "background". There isn't anything really of interest in what is happening within the frame.

If having a recognizable person is part of the intent, getting their face so that it shows is necessary. I'd also have framed it so he was further to the right of the frame; as it is, he's "looking" out of the edge of the frame like this.
