I just noticed that the toggle control button is missing from my grip. Would something like this be under warranty? If not, Do I have to send it to Canon or is there someway to order the part? (I'm hoping it just snaps back into place)

No doubt it would be covered. Even tho its not a CPS eligible item I sent mine in under my CPS and they sent back mine and a new one. Mine had the rubber coming off and was shutting down the camera with a low battery warning although the batteries were fully charged.
