My fiance runs to the other side of the room whenever there's a bug. When I told her I want to start taking pictures of bugs, I got "the look". And I have not once in 5 years gotten "the look" ;)

Can only say I'm seeing spiders, a variety of flies, a few hoverflies, honey bees. Expect to see some miner bees shortly if it actually warms up a bit.

If you look at the sets in my flickr gallery the insects and bugs sets are for each year and obviously progress from January at the start to December at the end.

Haha, I'm glad your wife has traded screams for simple statements. My wife has made a similar transition recently. Interesting shots of a difficult subject.
