Hi Guys,
So yesterday was my 1st time using the new 600 ex flashes and the St 3Ert transmitter by canon. Overall, I was very happy. I shoot real estate and set out to shoot 4 homes for the day. At the very 1st house, I set up my 3 600s and the my 5dii with the st-3e and click the shutter and no flash...It took about 10 minutes for the flashes to link up. I shot the home and all was great. I packed up and moved to home #2, set up...all was great. Packed up and got to home #3 and the flashes wouldn't link for almost 10 minutes. When they were finally linked, all was great...got to home #4 and prayed that they would link up b/c it was a 6,000sq ft mansion and I didn't want to look like a dumba**, and they worked. In summary, 2 out of 4 set ups took about 10 minutes to get "flashing" after I was all set up.

So here is my question, is there something that I need to do when I initially set up? The flashes showed they were linked, yet wouldn't fire. Any suggestions would be great. I can't lose 10 minutes at every other home trying to get set up...

Thanks,
James
