Here's a few shots from a high school track meet last week. All shot with an XSi/450D and Canon 70-200 f4.

(This being POTN, it must be stated that most are slightly tilted to the left 1/2 degree. An easy fix for next time. ;) )

After looking again I agree with you on #4. I think 1 and 2 seem pretty well lined up based on vertical structures in the shot. #3 I know is lined up because there are fence posts just outside the crop which I used as a reference. #5 is hard to judge, there are hurdles in the background which are vertical in the image, but there's a walkway way way off in the background (which I know from being there that it's at an angle) that makes it appear a little off. And using vertical fence posts and a corner of a building as a reference in 6 and 7 I think they look pretty good as well.

There were a lot of buildings and structures sitting at angles near this track, so there's plenty of optical illusions.
