I don't know if there was any special techniques but I love it. The sky in the last one on the beach is awesome also... great job Craig Madsen Photography

Mar 28, 2013 21:49 | #4 I like the one of them on the mountain top the best. The last image is nice as well; did you clone out your flash stand? It looks like there's a burst of light just to the couple's left (camera-right), however the light falloff is also apparent in the image...but I don't see where the light was coming from! The distinct shadow tells me there was a strong light source close to the couple but I can't seem to find it the site

I hate it when the strobe is so noticeable. It is off camera to the right... zoomed into 105mm I believe... and held by my partner at about 15ft high... I really should have dialed it down a bit, and let another stop of light come in. I remember working quick as the sky was fading fast though. Trent Gillespie

Nice shooting overall. The images of the bride have pushed orange - the skin tone. The tilt of the ceremony just kills the shot - otherwise nice exposure. The next shot is sweetness.(B&G) The following shot would be more dramatic if you crop from the center of the top circular part of your "g" in the watermark. It is meant to be dramatic and it is framed very conservatively. nice compositions... just my 2 cents. -Mark I could have probably dialed orange down just a bit, but her tan/skin was difficult to work with. Flat lighting made it a bit easier, but still hard to get her on par with everyone else. White balance is spot on though, from my monitor. Do yourself and tell brides not to spray/oil/over-tan themselves. It just doesn't look good. Trent Gillespie

I was floored by your starting rates, You could probably get triple that. Santa Clarita Wedding Photographers - Michael Anthony Photography

The starting rate on my web site is more of a lead generator than anything. My average wedding is about 2 1/2 times... Trent Gillespie

The deep shadows especially below her clavicle and upper arms seem to emphasize a harshness, more specifically a gauntness that, perhaps only I subjectively see as not bringing out her beauty.
