Names of authors or websites. I'm specifically interested in paid video tutorials, not free blog stuff (unless really informative). Any genre. I bought a few from Luminouslandscapes.com and Photocascadia.com, and want to expand my video library.

I also check out the monthly Nik webinars not so much for detailed instruction, but because they are bringing in good photographers and you get some insight into their workflow and 'style'. As far as purchased DVDs/video training, a lot of what I have seen is similar to what you get for free information wise. For example, I loved Zack Arias's One light DVD. He explained everything that confused me about using flashes in the first 5 minutes. But most of the rest of the video was watching him shoot while explaining inverse square law and other tidbits. You could get very similar information from watching Joel Grimes and others series of free videos on Youtube. Both are valuable and I recommend buying Zack's DVD if you are beginning using lighting. But I wouldn't say paid is necessarily better than free.
